Caribbean Luxury Rental Villa’s is a  villa management  company located on Cabrera in the Dominican Republic.

 Our principal office is located in Cabrera, North Coast DR at the Playa Grande Commercial Center. The Cabrera office is managed by Mondi Monstein and Sabine Puls, who oversee all guest services and the maintenance and cleaning of all our properties. Our island staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and are on duty or on call 24 hours a day to insure that you have a great vacation.

Caribbean Villas is a young company founded by 4 Germans and one Swiss, after we each gained over 15 years experience in the Dominican Republic real estate- marketing-management and design business. From our different backgrounds and professions, we created a Company that can provide a multitude of customer services, including vacation rental, Home design, property management, consulting and development.

Our villa consultants (reservations staff) work in the Head Office in Cabrera, together with the Owner Office in  Puerto Plata ( DR ) and Miami ( Florida ) All reservations staff (Mondi, Sabine, Hannes, Stephan and Andrea) life at the DR and have an in depth personal knowledge of the island, its people and our properties. Their job is to help you plan a wonderful vacation, including choosing the right villa, send you information, renting a jeep, or boat, or helicopter, purchasing airline tickets or planning island activities.

From the time that you choose your villa  until you bid your last sad farewell to DR, we'll help you with every step of your vacation. Since 1999 we have taken excellent care of hundreds of guests who have fallen in love with this Island, and we'll bet that if you rent one of our villas or condos that you too will have one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations of your life.
